The documentary (50 min) shows the experiences of some migrants 'guests' in the Reception Centre for Asylum Seekers in Castelnuovo di Porto.
Dagmawi is not new to these projects. Ethiopia, a few years in Italy, knows the ordeal that applicants live. The journey full of unknowns - who made Ethiopia and Italy via the Sahara - has led him to suffer or see unspeakable violence. A note on hand the human rights violations that Libya committed with the consent of the international community (especially Italy). Now Dagmawi runs deeper. He realized (always the hard way) that an applicant is going through a similar ordeal when lands in Italy. In the shelters the young asylum seekers live suspended in a non-place where you can perform only core functions. In the centers, there is nothing, not even an Italian course for these kids would be vital.
